Cancellation & Refund

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Please contact our customer care with your order details for any cancellation request. Payments made for cancelled orders are refunded as store credit, which you can use towards a future purchase. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction, or any activity that violates our terms of use, we reserve the right — at our sole discretion — to cancel the order; such accounts may be denied access to the site and to future purchases.

Returns

An item can be returned only if it arrives damaged or defective. Please report any such issue to us within 3 working days of receiving your order, and you may choose another product of equal value in its place. We do not accept returns or cancellations on the basis of change of mind, or minor variation in colour or brightness (on-screen colours can differ slightly from the actual fabric). An unedited unboxing / opening video of the sealed parcel is mandatory for any damage claim or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected your returned item, and approval is based on the return conditions above. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method (or as store credit) within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
